| The
Christ Church community shares a vision of our new community building
and other church facilities becoming a true "Center of
Community" through its utilization by local organizations.
The active involvement of our congregation in community outreach
generally and stewardship of the Compassion Capital program will become
the tangible expression of "active social concern" our Mission
statement proclaims.
As we continue to build a strong sense of community among our membership, and reach out to the larger community, we will become seen in a new and different light and the strength of our community will attract new membership as we increase our exposure. As a Christian community, we
will continue to work towards creating a safe and nurturing place for
both mature Christians and those new to the Church to understand and
explore their life in Christ through formal educational programs like
DOCC and EFM and also in informal educational programs. |
