The Queen Emma Community Center at Christ Church
Constructed in January 2005, the Queen Emma Community Center offers a spacious and welcoming setting for business meetings, seminars, and workshops as well as weddings, anniversary parties & celebrations of all kinds.
The space can be used as one large room, or divided
into three separate areas  by folding doors, and at
2000 square feet and a capacity of 216 people, there
is penty of  room for large gatherings or several small
groups.                                                                  

The facility features a professional grade kitchen
available for staging and serving catered food, two
50" flat screen televisions linked VCR, DVD or to a
laptop for a PowerPoint presentation, and a movable
stage for a speaker or a band. The walls on the south
                                                                       



end of the building fold open onto a beautifully               landscaped meditation labryinth and lanai area              providing even more space and taking advantage of       the cool ocean breezes. The entire facility is   accessible by all, and other amenities include:     ample parking, comfortably upholstered  folding  chairs, folding banquet tables, portable movie screen   and spacious restrooms. 


Rental Rates
STANDARD RATES:
Entire Hall$75 per hour
Flat rate for all day   $525 (8 hours+)
Kitchen**$ 25 per hour

$100 deposit upon confirmation of booking, with the balance due prior to the event.

A refundable cleaning, security and key deposit of $150.00 will be applied to all booking.

RENTAL HOURS:
•Mon-Thu: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (facility must be vacated by 9:30 pm)
•Fri-Sat: 8:00 am to 9:30 pm (facility must be vacated by 10:00 pm)
•Sunday: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm only. (facility must be vacated by 6:30 pm)

*Kitchen available from 1:30 pm Mon-Fri
All day Sat and from 1:00 pm Sun

35%Non-profit agencies
15%School group

ADDITIONAL FEES
Cleaning$80 per hour
Key replacement at cost
